Devices for monitoring and controlling on-off valves via the AS-i Fieldbus

The addition of a fieldbus interface protected within the 007 or 007C enclosure allows actuated valves to be directly connected to the AS-i bus. An appropriate Gateway can then allow connection to Fieldbus Foundation, Profibus or some other higher level system. EExd options are available which, when used in conjunction with the appropriate armoured cable, allow an AS-i system to be taken into a Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
